Breathing slowly, try to hold each stretch for around 20 seconds.

Achilles Tendon Static Stretch 1

  • Standing normally, take a big step forward with your left leg.
  • Keep your right leg straight and your right heel on the ground.
  • Stretch your left achilles tendon by pushing forward and bending the left knee. Hold.
  • Repeat with other leg.
