Dynamic Hip Stretches

Ideally, repeat dynamic stretches 8 to 12 times.

Hip Stretch 1

  • You may need a wall to balance against.
  • Keeping your left leg straight but relaxed, swing your left leg forwards and backwards.
  • Repeat with your right leg.

Hip Stretch 2

  • You may need a wall to balance against.
  • Stand up on the balls of your feet.
  • Swing your left leg across your body to the right, then swing your leg out away from your body to the left.
  • Repeat with your right leg.
