Breathing slowly, try to hold each stretch for around 20 seconds.

Lower Back Static Stretch 1

  • Kneel on all fours, keeping your arms straight and your back parallel to the ground.
  • Tighten your stomach muscles, and angle your pelvis forward.
  • This should cause your back to arch and stretch your lower back. Hold.
