Breathing slowly, try to hold each stretch for around 20 seconds.
Quad Static Stretch 1
- You may need something to balance on to do this stretch.
- Raise your left leg backwards and hold it with your left hand.
- Pull your left leg back as far as you can, while reaching forward with your right hand.
- You may be able to balance, or you may have to hold on to something with your right hand.
- Stretch yourself as far forward and backwards as you can. Hold.
- Repeat with your right leg.
