Track It is a free web application for you to track aspects of your life. For instance:
- Your mood or happiness;
- Daily exercise;
- Alcohol consumption.
Track It enables you to:
- Set goals and see how you are faring;
- Add your status to your blog or web page, so others will know when they should leave you to your own devices;
- Add a google gadget to iGoogle;
- Analyze your mood or whatever else you are tracking for cycles and patterns.
Track It! is being used for the World Happiness Survey.
